Roland,

Nothing comes to mind about the article you are referring to. I did some searching and didn't find anything.

>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>I created a Winform Form VB Project.
>>>
>>>The form has a datagrid and textboxes bind to each other.
>>>
>>>When I mouse click on the second record in the grid I receive an error message Column 'Title' does not allow nulls; Correct Yes No. Click Yes but can't correct the value, then problem errors out.
>>>"Title" is the name of the field.
>>>
>>>The Sql "Title" field does not have the allow nulls checked for this field and the field contains nothing ''.
>>>
>>>The Sql default value for that field is ''.
>>>
>>>This is an existing record and the field = ''.
>>>
>>>Does the Sql field have to have Allow Nulls set to "YES" OR is the Dataset not recognizing the difference between Nulls and ''?
>>>
>>>Thanks
>>>Roland
