I've tested it and it worked nicely. The only thing is that there is a huge empty space, if we don't specify title.

The other thing is for some reason GetDirEx didn't work for me (complained about parameters - may be I already have function with this name somethere)? Once I renamed it to GetDirExMJ (to pay you a tribute), it worked great.
