This sounds like a logic error in your code. You are going to have to put some breakpoints into your code and step through it in the debugger to figure out what the difference is.

I've tried moving the form from modal to modeless and using a READ EVENTS call to stop at the form, and using an array and AddItem() calls instead of a cursor to fill it up.
