If you select (click on) this menu item, and the window is currently hidden, the window appears half-way out and can't be moved. Over the weekend I finally realized why so many people were asking for a way to control the hide/unhide speed. On both my desktop home machine and the one at the office, the toolbox appears/disappears at approx. the same speed as Visual Studio.NET does. However, when I loaded it up onto my notebook it was significantly slower (and not quite as smooth). I guess differences in video cards make a big difference in the speed (which isn't too surprising, I just wasn't expecting it).
