I also sent email to xCase. Elie Muyal responded with the solution. Here it is.

Select Dictionary, Model Attributes. In the inspector select (or make appear via the “Select Attributes” icon) the “Set Procedures” attribute.
Type path and name of the procedure where your UDF is.
