Hi all
Just barged in and trying to generate a discussion, but how about using Visual Studio Installer instead.
It's got better looks than Setup Wizard and gives you a bit more control? I haven't come around to deploying one but am working on it.
Maybe I had messed it but when I generated a deploy in Setup Wizard on a W2K machine and tried it on a W98SE machine the operating system went down due to OCX probs. Any Insights?
If VSI is good what MSM is required for TreeView control?
>If you go that route, you better make sure that you do not overwrite a newer version of these files by an older one. If the user has another VFP application installed that use the SP5-runtimes and you overwrite them with SP1, you may break the other application.

>>If you don't want to go with the wizard as suggested by Sylvain Larin and your program does not have complications like ActiveX then VFP6.dll and VFP6ENU.dll are the only files that you need to copy. These files can be placed in %SystemRoot%\system32\ folder or in the same folder as your exe file resides.
