I enjoyed reading your treads and I'm glad you were able to issolate the problem as a change in the SQL due to a remapping of a Postgres field by FoxPro. At least I think that is what you discovered.

I have found when all else fails, use sqlexec() to get the job done. It's not the easiest way, but once the code is written, its fast and sure.
