SOAP Toolkit 3.0 installs a new set of files. It is not just an upgrade of the 2.0 files. In fact, both can co-exist on your machine. VFP7 uses version 2.0. VFP8 includes a new set of classes for version 3.0 that will be used by default. You can find out more by downloading the VFP8 beta and looking at the What's New section of help.
