Thanks! The select statement works, then I just check _TALLY to see if it was found.

How about this; when I add a record to the buffer, and then issue an SQLCOMMIT, Foxpro updates the remote table but LOSES my key field. It is now 0 in the remote table. I can see the correct value in my cursor, I issue the SQLCOMMIT, close the cursor, reopen it, and the key value is 0. Of course, the next time, it won't COMMIT, as there is already a 0 there.

Anyone?
