Never mind :)

I start the databinding method using the following syntax:
*** Me.txtBankName_e.DataBindings.Add("Text", myDS.Tables("Bank").DefaultView, "BankName_e")

it works fine.
But still stuck in the myDA.Update(), Cathi sent some examples I think last week, and I am trying now to check what I am missing.

Part of the reason you may getting run-time errors when you try it is that I may have gotten the VB syntax wrong. Someone who knows VB may have to jump in here and help out.
