Sorry Henry, I haven't seen a Version 1 mdb in years. I have no way to test anything on it. The only thing I can suggest is to keep doing what you're doing. I don't know what version of Access you have now, but I assume it's 97 or later. If that can't convert the V1 mdb, then I don't know what can.
