Yes, I know, but it's a little bit complicated process - uninstall IE 5(or 6), install IE4, then install IE 5 (or 6) back...
I didn't yet test Martin's fll on Windows 95 (I tested it couple of months ago, as I recall).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
