Just to be clear - the indexing routines run OK when run by themselves but do not work when run under the scheduler? If this is correct what is the scheduler doing to change the operating environment? How is the scheduler starting the indexing routine?

What happens if you run the indexing routine using Windows scheduler program?

If the VFP indexing routines run OK by themselves then its not a VFP issue per se.

I believe the 2gig limit applies to all VFP file types but I might be wrong and stand to be corrected on this.
