vai su http://www.west-wind.com/wwIPStuff.asp, si tratta di una dll che ti permette di fare quello di cui hai bisogno anche nella versione shareware (se non ricordo male).
Ti permette di salvare una pagina html a cui accedi (addirittura nella demo visualizza il codice html in editbox).
Dopo puoi farci quello che vuoi, no?
