It looks like you have to have the VFP8t.dll runtime (also the VFP8renu.dll or whatever language). I guess it's not true that anything compiled in VFP 8 will run with the VFP 6/7 runtimes???
Anyway, the easiest way to fix the problem would be to download the VFP 8 Beta and then:
1.) regsvr32 avfpdemo2.dll
2.) regsvr32 postsetup.dll
3.) run PostSetup again.
This time it should work! I'll update AVFP2 to include the VFP8 runtime so that this problem won't occur again...
