Yes, I known it.
I will try add button for create new folder to Shell dialog for shell version 4.x.

Please examine the version number for your copy of SHELL32.DLL. If the version is not 5.0 or better, you will not see the additional functionality (i.e. New Folder). Windows NT for example only has version 4.0 or 4.7x and will not display the New Folder button.
