Is there anyone who has got the sample Attorney app to work using the supplied asp forms? I have gotten to the point where I need to add an attorney in the Developing Apps with COMCodebook.doc document. When I run the code I get a blank Attorney_ID for the record and then the asp page ends with the error:

It seems that the APP is not generating a primary key.
