Ok, for WebAppBuilder, you put in myactivevfp for App Name and c:\myactivevfp for Physical location. Your virtual will always be the App Name, so, it should be accessible as http://localhost/myactivevfp . The error message indicates that it is running since it got an error in AVFPinit where it sets up the default data path, etc. You might want to generate another one to see if you get the same result.
