Tracy;

While visiting Oregon last August we stayed at a motel in Klamath Falls. They have a large lobby with many mounted trophy heads. You have to sign a statement that you will not smoke in the motel. If you do, you will be prosecuted for your activity and fined $400. I had a suggestion: “Why not mount a few heads of smokers in your lobby, to show you are really serious about this policy”! The manager thought I was kidding. :)

We found eating establishments in Portland and Pendleton that allowed smoking in specified areas. However, they used the same the same air conditioning system and you could smell the smoke.

I want to get rid of smokers and cell phone uesrs! That will be my goal in life! :)

Tom
