Can anyone explain why I am continually getting the error when I try to add or delete an Attorney:

And why is it writting a table (datasvclog) in my servers root directory. Is there some control over where this dbf can be wrote. My guess it is an error log of some sort. But I don't think it is wise to be writting into c:\.
