For some reason I was under the impression that using activation code is what starts the process of Microsoft shipping the CD's to you...IOW, the seller provides the activation code, the seller does not ship the CD's to you, Microsoft does.

Maybe some of these guys are on the up-and-up, and perhaps others aren't?
