Does the dialog asking to save/download always come up, no matter what the size of the file is? If that is the case then a PDF reader is not installed on the client's machine and the client doesn't know what to do with the file so it asks to save/download.

>Thanks Cathi but I still cant get it to upload the pdf properly. The browser keeps trying to get me to save/download the aspx file. I up'ed the request time and the file size attributes. Any other suggestions?
