Tried to add a new folder this afternoon. Clicked on the Add button on the folders toolbar. The page to enter the name of the new folder comes up as expected but has "< % ERROR: =tcHTMLHeader % > Name:" in front of the folder name field. Entered the new folder name in the field and clicked Save anyway, but the new folder evidently didn't get created.
