Did you call the default.aspx for the myactivevfp app? That would do it. The hook only works with the regular mtdll and exe. Haven't figured out yet how to do it once aspx is run. Probably has something to do with the dotnetproxy.dll in the wwwroot\bin directory still being in memory...
