Have a look at microsoft's agent control ( The agents You have in
Microsoft Word, Excel etc. ) It's available separately for developers
free of charge and has several modules for TextToSpeech.

I've played with it and it worked well for VFP. And if it does that
it normally has no problem in VB. I think the sample-Codes were all in
VB. You'll find more information and the downloads on
http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/
