If RowSourceType of combobox is either 2-Alias or 6-Fields and Sparse=.F., than this a known issue. You can workaround it by changing RowSourceType to something else than 2-Alias or 6-Fields. You can use 3-SQL or 5-Array, for example.

But In Grid When user Selects Combobox it displays blank, while user selects value from the combo list, and press tab key to move next field then only it displays value. And again when user comes on same field it displays blank.
