Thanks again for your help. If I may, I would like to ask one more question: When Access generates the HTML report and the report falls on more than one page, Access automatically generates multiple files with automatic links. This is good for a web site but I am sending the output via email so the code expects only one file. Is there a way to tell Access to put everything on one page?
