I'm not sure, what to advise. I also tried F10 myself and nothing happened, the menu was not activated. But I now see why: I have a startup program, where I do
lcTemp = m.tcUtilityPath + "HTMLCODE\mhHTMLCode"
on key label F10 do &lcTemp
So, I didn't follow the rules myself :)
ON KEY LABEL f10 will probably work for you, but it's not a good practice to use OKL...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
