SQ generates the FRX on the fly when it's needed, and deletes the FRX after it's done with it. You could easily grab the FRX and FRT files before they are deleted, but the report expects that a cursor has been created for it. So, this won't really work outside of SQ unless you plan to write the code to generate the cursor.
