Novell 3.x is the equivalent of Dos 6 in the windows world. An ancient system for Novell but very reliable. In addition to what Ed has told you, I'm sure you have taken care of the Novell capture command to print to the print server in Novell 3.x before or after the print driver is installed in the workstation at runtime? Technically, since you don't want the users printing to that printer for any other reason than your color reports, you could leave the printer drivers installed on the workstations at all times and only issue the Novell CAPTURE to the printer when you print your color reports. Just selecting the printer to print to will not work unless the capture command in Novell is issued and then the ENDCAP of course to stop it. Unless of course, when the users login to the Novell server the capture command is issued in the login script somewhere?
