I agree that much of the food in America is unhealthy. So, don't eat it. Take personal responsibility for yourself... You should IMO be responsible for your health, not me, through a class action settlement which often creates an artificial 'victim', pays them a decidedly unreasonable amount of monies for being willing to sacrifice their dignity to play the part, and then passes that cost on to others who may well have been making 'right' choices. And really often only serves to line the pockets of trial lawyers.
I think people shouldn't smoke and that they should eat a healthy diet. But society has no right to force them to so do IMO.
