What code are you wanting to load into each and every page of all of your pageframes?

if it's simply to make sure the controls on the page refresh correctly you can use the PageRefresher class from my website. Or you could at least adapt that concept as a way for your PageFrame class to use a Decorator pattern to add your functionality.
