Now, as the Internet guy that you are, you really should understand it when sometimes sites are slowed by maintenance, batch updates etc. For the membership addition, I'd give it until tomorrow noon. It happens sometimes when credit cards aren't being billed.

As info - I started over in the movie and never did see "Octopussy" in the cable car. About one hour into the film there is a cable car scene, but I did not recognize her. However, I suspect she really is there. That's too easy to discredit when it's not an extra and it is not uncommon for people being replaced to make cameos in subsequent films. It makes the audience accept the new person more. Star Trek was more than a cameo in "Generations" and "Barnaby Jones" was in the Beverly Hillbilly Movie. There are plenty more, but it's late.

Even the original Money Penny and Q kinda passed on the baton to replacments.
Q more than Money Penny. But, I seem to remember Money Penny being a toll booth operator in one of her last, if not her last Bond movie.
