Hi!

New enhancements in VFP 7 related to COM are not supported when editing class visually. Only via DEFINE CLASS. There is also a wish in the wishes list to improve this in next versions.

>Is there a way to strongly type the return value of a method (for COM) when using visual classes (.vcx)? I see how with the DEFINE CLASS command, but I can't find how to do it with .vcx classes.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
