Did you "recently" upgrade Mere Mortals? If so, one of the last updates "promoted" errorlog.dbf from a free table to a database table. If you still have your EventLogEnvironment data environment containing a free table cursor, you'll see this error.
To fix it, create an updateable view on the errorlog table and rebuild the data environment, pulling in the view you created. If you can find your upgrade docs, I think this was in there somewhere. You might have made the change in some places but not others?
