A guy over on the Notes forums at IBM said, "Open a command prompt window, change to the Notes program directory and run "regsvr32 nlsxbe.dll". This registers the backend class library. Be sure to set a reference to "Lotus Domino Objects" (domobj.tlb) to get fast vtable early binding support." Now I have Lotus.NotesSession.1 in my registry. I'm still trying to get it all to work though.
