I had been decided so far to never break a thread. I don't say that this can't change but the impact would be something as we would have to handle more support emails in such situation no matter and notifiable such an action would do and a lot of people would get frustrated. Also, sometimes, more technical valid topics are coming back, even from a branch that seems to have gone off topic. So, we never know.

This is a suggestion. We'll have to think more about it.
