The government recently set some standards for us, and one of those was that systems should communicate via-XML.
And now, due to certain people not having a clue about systems, how they work, or where XML actually fits in best, they may be expecting our apps to transfer XML data around internally to the app, and not just with other systems.
So, when you say ADO is more efficient, it makes me wonder if changing the way our apps work to use XML, is such a good idea.
