as David already mentioned it still works as usual. What happens sometimes, especially when the exe resides on a server or you're having a slow machine, is that the main window flashes shortly when the config.fpw file is compiled into your exe. To avoid this behaviour, don't include the file into the exe. Instead put it in the same directory as the exe is in.
