Ok, at least, as deviated from your original post, you seem to be doing what others told you. So, I understand better your situation now. So, you may towards our comments to them then as we initially thought that you were mostly the one who was running the decision.
As for the specific point, it's easy to complain (I mean those who do from the reference you just brought) but why didn't we ever hear from them (us and MS) and what are the problems exactly? It's easy to complain but where's the justification. Again, you may forward it to them as I'm sure us and MS would be happy to know about it. If they keep it silent in their own little infrastructure and never bring their complains/suggestions/recommendations to the parties involved, then, we will never know about it. So, it's difficult to improve in regards to specific situation (as I believe if they're not happy that's because they would like to have some improvments) if they never tell us about. We have emails, phone numbers, fax, the messages area, etc. where they can talk/post/send letters, etc. in order to make their points known.

Good to know about it, but, did you focus that idea to them? I mean, it's good to know that mostly all agree that the UGMT is a good start and there is place for ongoing improvments but in private it seems there is more than a few who don't like that we host it.

If this relates to the August issue, this is a terrible issue to rely on. First of all, nobody knows the real facts, what we went through for a few months, who were the parties involved, the time and effort spent on that, etc. Business decisions are taking with care no matter which one is being taken in regards to any type of issues. Most of them are taken to preserve the business entity, the customers, the ongoing evolution, etc.
