Note also that we respect each individual's decision. We don't have any problem with that.
However, in order to be more productive, a complain need to be justified. As of today, I haven't heard anything directly sent to me about what is the problem exactly. This is where the issue is. Again today, I was complaining at the telco about a specific issue. But, as I told them, I may be good to complain but I'll always bring justification for doing so and will try to bring some suggestions. Otherwise, what I may complain about has absolutely no value. The telco will then laught at me for whatever I say if I cannot backup my arguments.
