The UT, voluntarily, has created a great way of obtaining wish list data for VFP. In addition, the UT provides this data in XML format for Microsoft to convert into VFP data to use for design and feature reviews. I believe the UT wish list works better for future product feedback from customers more than any other Microsoft product. In fact, other product groups within Microsoft have been reviewing the UT and the UT wish list to gain ideas to help their customers more. The features in VFP 8.0 based on customer feedback are a result in how well this works. If people send us email with feature ideas, we generally ask them to post their request in the UT wish list since it allows other to review it and it allows us to receive the information in a structured data format.
