ok, I see, the "Icon..." button is disabled. I think that is what you mean. You'll have to check the checkbox "Attach Icon" (at the left of the button) first. Then you can select an icon.

Sorry for not getting what you mean that fast ... it's a little late here in Germany ... well, or early - depending on one's POV :)
