I'm delighted to announce that a courier arrived and took the offending computer away yesterday. Now all I have to do is await my refund.
Curiously, Dell sent me an e-mail claiming they have the best service and asking me to complete a survey asking how many people I had to speak to before resolution- 1, 2, 3-4, more than 4.
Is 17 (not counting couriers who do not work for Dell) more than 4?
