If you mean SQL Server you can schedule your VFP program there, if you already know how to run a scheduled stored procedure the process is very similar, only in the job step you need to specify "OS Command (cmdexec)" and enter the full path to your VFP program in the box.

Make sure that the SQL server service account has permissions to this path and to any others that the program may be writing or reading. HTH
