PowerChute is software that comes with APC (American Power Conversion) Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS). The software can be configured to send alerts via email, broadcasts, pagers, etc. to all users, specific users, etc. for status updates (power out, power back on, surge, low battery, etc.)

Look in Start -> Programs -> PowerChute
