Some will try I suppose. Right now SUVs are the killers. Next week it will be something else. Some time back it was ladders.
In my mind this has a lot to do with what is often called, "The Nanny State" mentality. This is where personal responsibility is abandoned for some sort or fashion of socialism where others are responsible for me and I'm not for myself.
