Unfortunately there are no VFP runtimes for a Pocket PC. There are other choices out there, including database applications that you can use and download. There is also a version of SQL CE. The programming languages are still a little weak. There is EMbedded VB (eVB) and eVC++. I do not use C but have used eVB (even wrote an article for CoDe Magazine on it). eVB is limited - just being a scripting language. But it may be enough for your needs as it does have forms and can use some ActiveX controls. MS is working on a .Net version for CE but it is not out yet.
