Could someone please tell me a sinple way (non programming) how to insert a drop down list in an existing grid where a text box is now.

1. Select the grid column that you want to drop the combo into from the drop down list at the top of the property sheet

2. Click on the combo box in the form controls tool bar

3. Click on the grid column in the form designer

4. On the data tab of the property sheet, select the combo box as the current control

5. Depending on what you are trying to do and how you are setting up the combo, you may need to set the column's Sparse property to false

6. Set the style property of the combo box to 2-drop down list
