The following should work.

* VFP ODBC driver - Provider string
DRIVER={Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver};
Exclusive=No;Collate=Machine;Deleted=Yes;Null=No;
SourceDB=c:\yourpath\testdbc.dbc;SourceType=DBC;
* VFP OLE DB provider - DataSource
c:\yourpath\testdbc.dbc

You can add/change any options of provider string you deem necessary. See also Re: Linked server with the database on VFP Message #727555 on how to reference tables of linked server.
